All cars are provided by major, international, car rental companies.

All prices include unlimited mileage, liability insurance and 24 hour roadside assistance. Collision damage waivers are available but may be covered by your gold or platinum credit card. Check with your card provider.

You will be given a guaranteed, firm quote prior to your having to confirm the booking.

You will receive a confirmation voucher by email, fax or mail, listing car type, rental dates, and pick up/drop off location addresses with local telephone numbers.

All our rentals are fully cancelable up to 48 hours prior to pickup. Inside of 48 hours, one day's rental will be charged. A "no show" fee equal to 3 days rental will be charged in the event that we are not notified of cancellation 48 hours prior to pick up. There will be no refund for unused days.

BritainCar cannot guarantee a particular make or model of car. However, if an automatic car is requested, transmission is guaranteed. The rental car shown on your voucher represents a car type/category, therefore car makes & models may be substituted for either a similar or an upgraded car type (at no extra cost).

All rentals are based on 24 hour periods with a 3 day minimum rental; a full day is charged for any portion of a day that the vehicle is used.
